In his role as managing partner, Roe will report to the executive committee. He will continue to focus on client service, development and satisfaction throughout the region as well as day-to-day operations. Roe will also act as the liaison with company headquarters in Dallas as a member of its Leadership Council.

Roe was one of the original four partners that opened the region for the company in June 1998. Roe joined the office after a real estate career that began in 1988 in Seattle. Prior to joining Staubach, he was consistently a top producer in the Northern Ohio area and recognized in 1998 as the Northern Ohio Office Broker of the Year at the NAIOP/SIOR annual awards banquet.

Roe has been a corporate service advocate for national and local corporations including Cisco Systems, Cohen & Co., Global Crossing, The Hartford, Hermann Cahn & Schneider, The Northern Trust, Nextel and Pfizer.
