Byram Healthcare Leases Space in Westchester and CT

MILFORD, CT-Byram Healthcare has relocated its corporate headquarters from Greenwich to 440 Wheelers Farms Road here and has established a major call center in White Plains, NY.

MILFORD, CT-In deals brokered by Cushman & Wakefield, Byram Healthcare has established its corporate headquarters at 440 Wheelers Farms Road here and opened a major call center in White Plains.

Bryam, a distributor of home health supplies, made the decision to relocate its headquarters from Greenwich and diversify its operations due to recent strong growth. Additionally, the move offered greater value on office space while decreasing employee commutes, according to Steve Baker, a director at Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut Inc. Baker, as well as Paul Kauffman, senior director of C& W of Connecticut represented Byram Healthcare in both transactions.

Byram relocated its corporate headquarters from 75 Holly Hill Lane in Greenwich to 6,700 sf of space at 440 Wheelers Farms Rd., a 175,852-sf building in Milford. Byram also signed an 18,000-sf lease at 120 Bloomingdale Road in White Plains. The company’s operations at the 150,000-sf property will function as Bryram’s new call center. The company also maintains operations in Massachusetts, New Jersey, Florida, Colorado, Indiana and Illinois.
