Julie Strocchia will be in charge of office and industrial leasing in Broward County for Trammell Crow's Boca Raton office. She will lead the pre-leasing effort of Quiet Waters Business Park, a 600,000 sf class A regional distribution center to be developed in Deerfield Beach by Greystar.
Damon Fuller is joining Trammell Crow's Boca Raton office as senior property manager. Fuller has been with the company since 1996, most recently in the Memphis office. Earlier, he spent three years in Trammell Crow's Boca Raton office.
Fuller will be responsible for 750,000 sf of office and industrial space, including Boca 1515, Yamato Office Center, and Corporate Plaza. He will report to Cary Fronstin, vice president of property management.
