GLJ Holding purchased lots 1-4 in the 170-acre Harbor Gateway Center, which is located at 190th St. and Harborgate Way. The firm plans to break ground in February with completion slated for October 2002. The project will be partially build-to-suit and partially speculative. C&H Merchandising will occupy approximately 66,000 sf.
Jim Biondi and Terry Reitz of Grubb & Ellis' South Bay office represented the seller, which is Boeing Realty Corp. of Long Beach in the transaction. Rudy Lara of Daum Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, GLJ Holding.
