Bob Trevino of the San Antonio office of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the seller, Swain Baldwin Insurance's profit-sharing plan. Silvia Gangel of SiGA International brokered the deal for the buyer, DASI Inc.
Trevino tells GlobeSt.com that the building is situated on two acres at 500 Schertz Parkway, which he calls "a new growth corridor with lots of residential activity."
