Built in 1986, the 243,366-sf neighborhood shopping center owned by Diamante Market Centre II, LLC includes Albertson's, World Gym, Tuesday Morning and ARC Thrift Store. The six-story US Bank building was constructed in 1915 and is leased mostly by the bank. The Denver-based Corum Real Estate Group, through 918 17th St. LLC, owns the building.

Steve Koeneke, senior director of NorthMarq's Denver office, arranged financing for the shopping center. Gordon Mickelson, senior vice president of NorthMarq's Denver office, arranged the financing for 918 17th St. LLC.

NorthMarq provides financing for commercial real estate including office, retail, industrial, multi-family and assisted living development. Headquartered in Minneapolis, the company services a portfolio of $10 billion on behalf of 50 institutional investors.
