In June 2001, the Cerium Building became the first Glasgow building in a decade to be speculatively forward-funded when Taylor Woodrow Property Company struck a deal worth more than £20 million ($28 million) with Royal Bank of Scotland subsidiary KUC Properties.

This development is the latest stage in Taylor Woodrow's Cadogan Square project. David Mitchell, Regional Director of Taylor Woodrow Property Company, said: 'We are delighted that the Cerium Building has attracted such high calibre occupiers.'

Jones Lang LaSalle and DTZ acted for Taylor Woodrow, while Ryden acted for the UK Government and Healey Baker for Morgan Stanley.
