The Denver facility, which is leased and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle, is located at 14705 East 33rd Pl. Matt Capecelatro of First Industrial Realty, Inc. represented Radian Communication Services while Jeff Castleton of Jones Lang LaSalle ownership.
Also, Applied Industrial Technologies recently signed a lease for an additional 14,651 sf at 5500 Havana St. The facility, located in Denver, is owned by Chicago-based First Industrial Applied Industrial Technologies also occupies 42,504 sf in another First Industrial-owned property adjacent to their new space.
Capecelatro of First Industrial Realty assisted Applied Industrial Technologies in the deal.
