The company says it signed a letter of intent to build a three-level, 180,000 sf store at the Mall at Green Hills to replace its 139,000 sf store, according to published reports. The current store will remain open during construction of the new store.
Groundbreaking is expected to begin in fall 2003. The new store is expected to open in August 2004.
The company will renovate its Rivergate, Hickory Hollow and Cool Springs stores. The work is expected to provide open floor plans, updated merchandise presentations and enhanced lighting.
