Executive vice president Lisa Kiell, senior vice president Bill Dorchak and leasing specialist Michelle Tramonte Vitanzo of Jones Lang LaSalle brokered for Dai-ichi, while property manager and owner the Durst Organization was represented by in-house by senior vice president Tom Bow and assistant vice president Jennifer McKee.

"Dai-ichi chose 1133 Ave. of the Americas for its new offices because of the building's great location and ownership," said Yasuyki Inoue, executive vice president for Tokyo-based Dai-ichi. The firm is relocating from 399 Park Ave, and will occupy its new office space in May.

Jones Lang LaSalle provides management, implementation and investment management services to owners, occupiers and investors. The company has a portfolio of approximately 700 million sf under management worldwide.
