Laura Ashley also agreed an expansion option on adjoining land within Interlink.
Interlink's location close to junction 22 of the M1, has stood it in good stead. Recent deals at Interlink include the 125,000-sf pre-sale of a headquarters distribution facility to Belgian footwear retailer Brantano, and office products supplier Antalis doubled its existing facility at Interlink with an additional 110,000 sf. Other occupiers on the 150-acre park include Hays, SSS, Healy Group, Nissan, Benson Box and Copper Cable Co.
There is further development land for up to 720,000 sf of industrial/distribution space. The largest single regular-sized unit that can be accommodated at Interlink is 30,000 sf. FPDSavills and King Sturge are joint sole agents on the park.
