"We liked the Springfield/Newington Market," Bristol Capitol vice President Andy New explains to GlobeSt.com of the acquisition. "We think it's a very stable market and a great distribution market. It's a good market today but when they complete the improvements to Interstates 95 and 495 five years from now, it will be an even better market."

There are currently two tenants in the center, the main one being Capital Lighting & Supply, which takes up 82,302 sf. Transwestern Commercial services served as Lend Lease's property leasing agent, as well as its representative in the transaction with Bristol. Both leases are one to two years old and are for five or six year terms. Once the contracts expire, New says, "the road network will have been improved and the area will be an even better environment with access everywhere."
