Also: Heathbrook Commons Publix, 54,000 sf, within the 79,590-sf Heathbrook Commons Shopping Center, State Road 200, Ocala, FL; Porsche of North Orlando, a 19,000-sf, $3.9 million dealership at U.S. 17-92 and Second Street, Sanford, FL; Pompano Honda, renovations/additions to the 27,000-sf property at 5381 N. Federal Highway, Pompano Beach, FL.

Also: A 20,000-sf, six-acre administrative and truck service facility for Republic Services of Orlando; and a 3,000-sf body shop for Blount Honda, 8865 U.S. 441, Leesburg, FL. The 22,500-sf Blount Honda dealership building, also built by Stiles Construction, is scheduled to be completed in April.
