Legg Mason Real Estate Services/Spectrum Financial arranged the financing, and its co-managers Joseph Hegenbart and Stanley Sidel say in a released statement that the financing was provided by Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada, an international institutional lender for which LMRES/Spectrum acts as loan correspondent.
The Center here was developed by Tedeschi Realty Corporation in 1986 and consists of an 88,000-sf shopping center on a 20-acre parcel of land. The shopping center is anchored by a 46,000-sf Stop & Shop Supermarket and a 6,000-sf CVS drugstore. Other tenants include The Bottle Shop, D'Angelos, H&R Block, Middleboro Cleaners, Procuts and Papa Gino's.
LMRES merged with Spectrum Financial Corporation last July. The company arranges real estate financing for freestanding retail properties, mixed-use projects, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial buildings, warehouses, corporate headquarters and apartments.
