Multifamily Manager Honored by IREM Chapter

MINNEAPOLIS-Kathleen McKenna Harmon, president of McKenna-Harmon Multifamily Marketing, wins the 2001 ARM participant of the year award from Minnesota IREM chapter. She is a past-president of the association.

MINNEAPOLIS-The Minnesota Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management recently awarded Kathleen McKenna Harmon its 2001 accredited residential managers participant of the year. Harmon is currently president of McKenna-Harmon Multifamily Marketing.

She has spent 20 years managing multifamily and commercial real estate, and nowconcentrates on assisting owners with under-performing assets.

With her husband, Laurence Harmon of Centex MultiFamily Co. and recently elected president of the association, she has co-authored three textbooks, all published by IREM National.
