Turner Development Seals Another SoCal Deal

NEWPORT BEACH, CA-The locally based company snatches up a 43,868-sf industrial building in Santa Fe Springs. The acquisition marks the third Southland real estate purchase by Turner in recent weeks.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA-Newport Beach-based Turner Development its third Southland property in recent weeks, having paid $3.3 million to Weiner Trust for a Santa Fe Springs industrial building. The building, which encompasses 43,868 sf, stands at 9835 Santa Fe Springs Rd.

Turner’s two other recent acquisitions include a Fullerton call center and an Irvine industrial building. The 31,500-sf call center is occupied by Federal Express and located at 1430 E. Orangethorpe. The Fullerton industrial facility is located at 1822 Reynolds in the Irvine Business Complex. Turner paid $3.5 million for that building, which is currently occupied by Newport Adhesives and Composites.
