Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit's Anaheim Metro office acted on behalf of the buyer, Goldrich & Kest Industries. The Tomaselli and Zehner team also spoke on behalf of the seller, Voit Cal Portfolio Partners I LLC.
The Garden Grove deal is one of the only large Orange County industrial properties to change hands in recent weeks, as the market has seen a slowdown due to the unstable economy.
While few large transactions have occurred lately, it is the smaller deals that are buoying the county's industrial market. Four of these smaller industrial transactions were reported in the past week alone, totaling $6.5 million in sales activity.
