A family trust has grabbed the single-tenant building, which stands at 620 Santiago. Encompassing 32,265 sf, the facility will be occupied by Pool Supply of Orange County.

"Seven of the nine buildings located at Santa Ana Business Center were sold prior to the center's completion in January of this year," says Gregory Ozimec of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Irvine office.

Ozimec, Michael Hefner of Voit's Anaheim Metro office and Tyler Pollock of Burke Real Estate Group acted on behalf of the seller, Burke Santa Ana Ventures LLC. The three brokers are exclusive representatives for the LLC. Don Nourse of CB Richard Ellis spoke on behalf of the buyer, The Buttermore Family Trust.

These smaller industrial deals continue to keep local brokers busy, as the Orange County industrial market has experienced a slowdown in sales activity due to the cooling economic climate.
