In an unrelated transaction, Mark Collins of CB Richard Ellis Inc. of Southfield has been single-point-of-contact Farmington Hills, MI-based technology firm Covansys' real estate acquisition and disposition services. Covansys offers web-to-enterprise integration and strategic outsourcing and is also among the dominant technology vendors tostate and local governments.
