nCUBE Corp. Takes Back All of 167 West

BEAVERTON, OR-The streaming media company has leased one of two 30,000-sf buildings that comprise the development since 1988. In July 2000, after Nike moved out, it master leased the second and subleased part of it to Intel, which bought out the lease last month, clearing the way for nCUBE to relocate its headquarters from California.

BEAVERTON, OR-Streaming media company nCUBE Corp. had been holding the extra office space necessary to accommodate the relocation of its headquarters from Foster City, Calif. to Beaverton, company sources tell GlobeSt.com.

nCUBE has leased one of two 30,000-sf buildings that comprise Mittleman Properties’ 167 West development since 1988. In July 2000, after Nike moved out, nCUBE master leased the second and promptly subleased 60% of it to Intel for 18 months. Intel reportedly bought its way out of the lease last month, clearing the way for nCUBE to relocate its headquarters from California.
