The second Brewery Bar II will be in the heart of the suburbs, in the Entertainment District in the recently created city of Lone Tree. The Brewery Bar II will be near the Park Meadows mall, the most popular regional mall in the metro area. The restaurant paid $650,00 for 1.5 acres at 9228 Park Meadows Drive. The seller was GMTD Corp.
Wynkoop's Red Room is a restaurant and bar at 3420 E. Colfax Ave., a block from the state capitol. The Red Room is a creation of John Hickenlooper, the founder of Wynkoop Brewing Co. and Brian Sommatino, of the Goosetown Tavern, which is part of the Wynkoop family of restaurants.
