Encompassing 30,922 sf, the property is located at 22951 La Palma. It will serve as corporate headquarters for SheCom Computers, as the company plans to relocate its offices to the recently acquired building.
Walter Frome of Trammell Crow Co. acted on behalf of SheCom Computers. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage spoke on behalf of the seller, engineering company Ayers Corp. Both brokers are based in Voits' Anaheim Metro office.
The transaction follows on the heels of another recent industrial deal that transpired in Yorba Linda. The sale involved a 16,789-sf facility at 22820 Savi Ranch Rd. The buyer, testing equipment maker B & K Precision, paid $1.8 million for the building.
