The Genesis Corporate Centre at 5930-5962 Priestly Drive is a development of the limited partnership comprised of Rick Dent, Frank Sciacca, Jon Kurtin and Jim Gianulas. Ron Jacobson and John Hoffmann of Colliers International are marketing the property.
The first purchase was made by Cambria Holdings LLC, a software development company, which bought a building in a deal valued at $1.6 million. Dan Oury of Business Real Estate represented the buyer of the single-story, 6,360 sf property at 5962 Priestly Drive.
Colliers International last fall signed a seven-year lease for just over 8,800 sf in a deal valued at $1.7 million. Meanwhile, Copernicus Computer Services Corp. leased a 6,360-sf office for six years in a deal valued at $1.2 million. Ron Jacobson and John Hoffmann of Colliers International represented both the lessee and lessor in the two transactions.
