Gart Among Retailers Joining Mills Roster

LAKEWOOD, CO-The Denver-based sports retailer is taking 44,000 sf, while Off Broadway Shoes takes 23,000 sf. Another Denver-based company, United Artists Theatres, will anchor Colorado Mills' E Street outdoor entertainment and dining promenade.

LAKEWOOD, CO-The Mills Corp. of Arlington, VA, which is building the 1.2-million-sf Colorado Mills retail and entertainment center in this city west of Denver, has signed several new retailers. The largest anchor is Denver-based sports retailer Gart Sports, which is leasing 44,000 sf.

Other anchors include:

* Discount shoe warehouse Off Broadway Shoes, which in addition to 23,000 sf at Colorado Mills has stores in Discover Mills, Arundel Mills and Opry Mills.
