JV Formed for $38M Multifamily Project

ST. PAUL, MN-Construction will begin this summer on two blocks at University Avenue and Highway 280, with completion expected in four years. The project is near the Prospect Park neighborhood of Minneapolis.

ST. PAUL, MN-HuntGregory has formed a joint venture with Wellington Management Inc., a St. Paul-based commercial real estate development firm, for a $38-million residential community on the border of Minneapolis and St. Paul.HuntGregory and Wellington Management plan to develop residences on two blocks in St. Paul at University Avenue and Highway 280 near the Prospect Park neighborhood of Minneapolis.

The site is south of University and north of Franklin Avenue between Emerald Street and Berry Street.

“This project is at an ideal location near both Downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul,” says Tanya Bella, director of acquisitions and development at Wellington Management.
