The 20-year-old locally based single-family and multifamily builder sold 31 units at an average $250,000 for an estimated monthly volume of $7.75 million. That's an 82% increase over the 17 units sold in January 2001 for an estimated aggregate total of $4.25 million, the company says in a prepared statetment.

With 25 projects either in the development or buildout stage, White projects annual gross sales of $900 million. He estimates a large portion of those sales is expected to come from Whitemark's recent purchase of North Florida Acquisitions, an aggressive condominium and townhome developer.
