Ground-breaking is set for May with expected completion within 24 months. Pavarini's contract fee for acting as general contractor on the project wasn't disclosed.
The estimated $100 million hard construction cost equates to $349,650 per unit.
Pavarini CEO Gene McGovern goes further. "Acqualina will raise the standard by which residential luxury (in South Florida) will be measured," he says in a prepared statement.
