Pavarini Wins $100M Acqualina Condos Job

MIAMI-South Florida developer Jules Trump, no relation to New York developer Donald Trump, expects to break ground in May on the 51-story condominium-hotel venture in Sunny Isles Beach, FL, eight miles north of Downtown Miami.

MIAMI-South Florida developer Jules Trump, no relation to New York developer Donald Trump, is going with Miami-based Pavarini Construction Co. to build the $100 million, 51-story, 286 unit Acqualina Ocean Residences and Resort and the Rosewood Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, FL, eight miles north of Downtown.

Ground-breaking is set for May with expected completion within 24 months. Pavarini’s contract fee for acting as general contractor on the project wasn’t disclosed.

The estimated $100 million hard construction cost equates to $349,650 per unit.
