Mark Sullivan, executive vice president and branch manager and Sean Westgate in Studley's Downtown Los Angeles office represented Modern VideoFilm in the $7 million transaction. The landlord, Shamrock Holdings of California, was represented in-house by Bruce Stein.
Studley was able to capitalize on softer market conditions and secure a significant cost savings for the tenant over the term of the lease, in spite of commitments that were already in place when Studley was brought on to handle negotiations , comments Sullivan.
Modern VideoFilm is a full service post-production company with facilities in Los Angeles and San Francisco, which provides telecine, on-line editing, visual effects, duplication, and audio services for more than 20 network television shows.
