The law firm of William D. Johnson also has signed a five-year lease for 3,905 sf of office space at 150 South Los Robles Ave., Suites 670 and 840. Total consideration was $480,300. The law firm represented itself.
The Shidler Group was represented in both deals by Kinden Mitchell of Colliers Seeley.
