The $100-million office development is a joint venture between Cousins Properties Inc. and Myers Development Co. Cousins' Web site lists 32,710 sf as available in the building, which would give it an 8.74% vacancy rate. Other tenants at 55 Second Street include Digital Island and The Fritz Companies.
Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP is an international law firm with more than 815 attorneys located in nine offices around the globe. Cousins' portfolio consists of interests in 13.3 million sf of office space, 3.1 million sf of retail space, .9 million sf of medical office space and more than 300 acres land for future commercial development.
