George D. Livingston, founder/chairman, Realvest Partners Inc., Maitland FL; Geoffrey Longstaff, a former Orlando area banker and Realvest principal; and Orlando developer Howard Shiefer-Decker are the principals in Small Bay Partners.
No pre-construction leasing is on the books for the first two-building, 49,125-sf first phase. Livingston tells GlobeSt.com the project has an ideal location going for it--a half mile from the new Western Beltway and Florida Turnpike exchange, eight miles west of Downtown Orlando.
Rents start at $5.50 per sf. Clear ceiling heights range from 16 feet to 20 feet. Warehouse bays are 75 feet deep and are sized from 1,875 sf to 26,000 sf. Realvest leasing agent Todd Davis is handling the project.
