Insignia/ESG director Phil Heilpern and senior managing director Martin Lomazow brokered for Getty. Heilpern and Lomazow were unavailable for comment on the sale. The seller, Cohen Fashion Optical Inc., was self-represented by Robert Cohen and Susan Goldberg. Neither the buyer nor the seller would reveal the sale price.
