Neinver Instruction Leads GVA Collyer Coxhead to Open in Milan

MILAN-Specialist retail consultant GVA Collyer Coxhead, part of the GVA international network, is to open an office in Milan, Italy, initially to service a major letting instruction from the Spanish retail developer Neinver.

MILAN-Neinver, the Spanish private property company, has appointed GVA Collyer Coxhead as letting agent for its first Nassica retail outlet centre in Italy, at Vicolungo near Milan. To service the Nassica scheme locally, GVA Collyer Coxhead will be opening a new office in Milan.

Nassica centres have emerged as a successful concept in Spain, where Neinver has already opened two centres. And three more are underway elsewhere in Europe. The centres combine an outlet centre with, restaurants and sports and leisure facilities. The Vicolungo centre, west of Milan, will have over 75 outlets.
