At Coombe Hill House, Kingston, in south-west London, CLS has agreed a five yearly rent review showing an uplift of £143,000 per annum--or 27%--to £673,000 ($963,000) per annum.

And at Cambridge House, Hammersmith, in west London, the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham has agreed to pay £212,312 ($304,000) per annum, based on £21.50 ($30.75) per sf, an increase of £108,037 ($155,000)--or 104%---over the previous rent level.

In France and Sweden, where CLS has significant holdings, rents are pegged annually to the rate of inflation, and this has resulted in an increase of 3.5% or €690,150 ($608,000) per annum for the French portfolio and an increase of 2.6% or SEK 4,191,868 ($400,000) per annum for the Swedish portfolio.
