DENVER-A team headed by Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle is moving forward on what ultimately could be a $900-million redevelopment of Union Station, the largest and most important public-private partnership on the drawing board in Denver. ”We’re very excited to have been chosen,” Suzanne Oldham of the Denver office of Jones Lang LaSalle, who will be the team leaders, tells GlobeSt.com.

Other members of the team include Denver firms of David Owen Tryba Architects, developer Continuum Partners, the landscape design firm of Civitas Inc, and the lobbying and public interest firm of CRL Associates.

Out-of-state team members include Beyer Blinder Belle, the New York City architectural team that handled the renovation and restoration of Grand Central Terminal and Ellis Island and ARUP; Parsons Brickherhoff and TransSystems Corp.
