The Stiles Corp.-developed structure in Downtown Fort Lauderdale was designed by Stiles-owned Architecture 6400 and built by Stiles Construction. Among the tenants are Merrill Lynch, Colonial Bank, JP Capital Corp. and the Broward Alliance.

Stiles Corp. was also named member company of the year at the chapter's annual awards banquet. Stiles completed two million sf of commercial projects in 2001 and has three million sf under development.

Nearing completion is Las Olas City Centre in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The company was NAIOP's national developer of the year in 2000. Terry W. Stiles is the firm's chairman.
