Longs Drug Stores, a chain with more than 430 stores in the Western U.S., purchased 81,465 sf for $1.3 million, according to Burnham Real Estate Services. The drug store will open in March of this year.
Additionally, KinderCare Learning Centers purchased 50,510 sf for $583,700. They plan to use the space for a childcare facility. A late summer opening date is planned.
