Mercer has completed more than 5 million sf of build-to-suit logistics facilities for Raytheon, General Medical and CTI/Compaq in North America. In addition, he was a partner at Panattoni Development Co. in Denver, in charge of industrial building development in Colorado and Utah. Previously, he was vice president and national build-to-suit coordinator for ProLogis Trust in Denver.
