MIAMI-U.S. Bankruptcy Court has approved locally based Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell to sell the remaining 144 units of the 630-unit Blue and Green Diamond Condominiums at Collins Avenue and 47th Street, a prime Miami Beach high-rise residential location.

EWM has 10 of the units already under contract, one at $2 million. Prices range from $400,000 to $3 million. The condos are being sold to satisfy debts accrued by Brazilian developer Mucio Atheyde whose New Florida Properties Corp. built the property. New Florida filed for Chapter 11 protection from creditors on Jan. 4 of this year.
