The company sells merchandise to customers who pay a membership fee. The renewal covers 6,353 sf for UCC's showroom and call center. The 2,744-sf expansion is for a warehouse in which to store merchandise. The company also is making significant improvements to the showroom and call center at 8868 Research Blvd.

Derek Silva, an office specialist with Austin's NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties Co., and NAI/CIP colleague Casey Borgers, an industrial specialist, represented UCC Total Home. Brian Liverman of the Austin office of Trammell Crow Co. acted on behalf of the building owner, Park Corporate Center Ltd. of Houston.

UCC customers pay a membership fee and visit a showroom to look at merchandise, which includes window treatments, carpeting, wall coverings, lighting and plumbing fixtures and furniture. It has showrooms around the United States and in Canada.
