The Irish-based Docklands specialist Ballymore Properties has granted a new ten-year lease with an option to extend for a further five years, at a rent of £25.00 ($36) per sf and a one-year rent free period.

Dron & Wright represented the LFEPA, while Ballymore was advised by Chesterton and Allsop & Co.Dron & Wright partner Richard Chapman said: 'The property and location ideally suited the LFEPA for the relocation of their 999 call centre. The building will be refurbished to a high technological standard to cope with the volume of calls and importance of the operation.'
