Basin Street Properties, a commercial and mixed-use property development company, selected Meridian as the exclusive leasing agent for its new Woodside Office Center Development.
The Woodside Office Center is a planned 89,000-sf urban infill development, which will be built at 7250 Redwood Boulevard in downtown Novato. When the project is completed, possibly by the third quarter of 2002, Basin Street says that it will be the most modern building available for lease in the area.
"This is a very exciting project for the community of Novato," says Scott Stranzl, vice president at Basin Street Properties. "It will be the first of its kind in terms of security, efficiency and amenities in the downtown region, offering businesses a new, upscale choice."
The building will be wired with broadband access, a state-of-the-art HVAC/lighting energy management system, an after-hours control system with individual computerized energy controls, an automated card key system, and secure underground parking. The property features views of the western Novato hills and direct access to public transit.
