Bill Lees of Charles Dunn Co.'s Los Angeles office represented Village Properties in the acquisition of an 18,739-sf land parcel located at 4131 South St. here. Philip Petruso of CRESA Partners represented the seller, Total Renal Care, Inc.

As part of the same transaction, Mr. Lees represented Village Properties in the purchase of an adjacent 27,170-sf land parcel at 5809 Lakewood Blvd. The private investor selling the property was also represented by Mr. Lees.
