The 201,000-sf Pavona Apartment complex, which was developed by FM Apartments and Fairfield Residential in 2000, consists of four three-story residential buildings and a leasing/management office. The complex is nearly fully leased.
The 6.1-acre in-fill site has a density of 38 units per acre. It is located on the north side of the city of San Jose, near the Golden Triangle Business Center, a major employment center in the Bay Area with an estimated 32 million square feet of office and R&D space, 2,000 employers, and 66,000 employees.
