The three-story, 121-room hotel project will encompass 66,697 sf. The hotel is being constructed next to the first tee on the Montebello Golf Course. Summit Builders commenced construction in January and completion is expected for late 2002.
The new project will be owned by the City of Montebello and operated by Hotel Adventures of Tustin, California. Seaver Franks Architects of Tucson, Arizona serves as the project architect.
Summit Builders' corporate office is located in Phoenix, Arizona. The company has offices regionally in Newport Beach, Calif. The construction company performs general contracting and design/build services for the hospitality, retail, commercial office, healthcare, commercial airlines and industrial industries throughout the western United States
