The New Market Lofts, a 46 unit luxury "loft-style" mixed use development, is located at Fourth and Jackson Streets in Oakland's Jack London Square neighborhood. The developers have completely renovated the former Safeway Headquarters Building to include luxury apartments and high-rise lofts on the waterfront.
New Market Lofts has sold the units at prices ranging from $300,000 to $550,000. It is the third major loft project developed by the Reynolds & Brown team. Their other loft projects include the 40 unit 247 4th Street Lofts, located immediately adjacent to the New Market Lofts, and the 64 unit Embarcadero Lofts, located at 300 Beale Street in San Francisco.
