Tech Ridge's New Road Opens Today

AUSTIN-Motorists will find it easier going to access the 115,000-sf Tech Ridge Phase I. The artery's opening enables access from the Interstate 35 frontage road. A $1.5-million bridge to further help access will be done in May.

AUSTIN-A road that will make it easier to get in and out of a new north Austin shopping center and, eventually, improve access to points east opens today. Canyon Ridge Drive will allow drivers to enter the Tech Ridge Center from the Interstate 35 frontage road on the east side of the center instead of Parmer Lane on the north side.

Steven Stiles, marketing director for Quentin Ltd., the owner and developer of Tech Ridge Center, tells GlobeSt.com that the road “is being striped this morning and will open this afternoon.” Quentin has operations in Florida and Texas. Duhrman & Bassett Realty Group represents most of the Tech Ridge Center tenants.
