Instead of going with a big-name brokerage, Townsend has selected Orlando-based Vance Realty Group, a 10-year-old boutique firm, to market the gated project. Pre-construction condo prices run from the $230s to the $600s. The average price is expected to be $350,000 for units sized 1,500 sf to 4,100 sf.

Villa del Lago will be at Lake Debra and Hiawassee Road overlooking the MetroWest Country Club. Vance Realty Group owner/broker Barbara Vance is teaming with Rob Brewser, Darryl Patterson and Anne Ratliff to sell the units which will be marketed locally and on the Internet.
