GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp. orchestrated the financing through Wachovia Bank. Among the building's tenants are Dental Benefit Providers and Oxford Realty Financial Group, both of which occupy their own floors. Retail tenants include Montgomery's Grille and Allyson Louis Gallery.
Artery Plaza was the first project taken on by the Artery Organization, which also keeps offices in the building. Artery Plaza was constructed for $47 million in 1986. The building is known for its architecture and design--it is designed in tiers and houses sculptures in its $2 million public plaza. Charles E. Smith Commercial Realty LP is the building's management agent.
